Robert Brinks(right) and World Food Program Country Head Stephen Anderson (2nd right) conversed to DSWD-ARMM Regional Secretary Bai Soraida Biruar (left) about the situation of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in the evacuation centers of Datu Saudi Ampatuan Municipality. Secretary Biruar appeal for assistance especially livelihood for the IDPs. She said with the declaration of the SOMO and SOMA they are now preparing to implement recovery and rehabilitation program in the affected areas in Maguindanao. (BPI-ARMM)
